Qualifikationen

- Significant sales leadership experience in unmanned systems or defense/public safety tech.
- Ability to lead multi-million-dollar quotas and teams.

- Own and deliver annual order & revenue targets for OEM/Defense Primes across North America.
- Lead and develop the sales team, monitor performance, conduct regular coaching.
- Drive pipeline velocity, CRM accuracy, and forecasting for all deals.
