Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Phoenix seeks a Sales Coach to enhance the sales and support talent within the SCS/DTS Sales organization. The role focuses on individualized development paths, coaching, and progress reviews with field leadership, using Teams for virtual training.

The position requires senior sales/coaching experience, classroom and webinar delivery, and independent decision-making in training management. Travel is 20–30% as part of field engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Marketing or equivalent work experience.
• Seven (7) years or more Sales or Account Manager with successful sales and coaching experience in a multi-channel business service environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and development needs of the sales team.
• Create development plans including coaching and motivation for salespeople.
• Meet with field sales leaders to review assessments and IDPs.
• Deliver sales training via classroom and webinar; determine delivery method and content.
• Provide recommendations on training content, design, and modality.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement from evaluations and leadership feedback.
