Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Sales Coach to support the Ryder Sales University program by enhancing the effectiveness of sales and support talent in the SCS/DTS Sales organization.

You will meet with field sales personnel to review assessments, IDPs, and progress while delivering trainings via classroom and webinars. The role emphasizes independent work with minimal supervision, coaching, and continuous improvement through content design and collaboration with the Sales Training team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent work experience is required.
• Seven (7) years or more Sales or Account Manager with successful sales and coaching experience within a multi-channel business service environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and development needs of the sales team and curate development plans with coaching and motivation.
• Consult with field sales leaders to align training with business goals.
• Deliver sales training via classroom and webinars and decide content/design with the Sales Training organization.
• Provide recommendations on training content, design, and modality.
