Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Sales Coach to advance the skills of the SCS/DTS Sales organization through individualized development plans and coaching. You will partner with field sales leadership to identify training opportunities and regularly review assessments with sales staff.

You will facilitate training sessions via classroom, webinar, and Teams, applying adult learning principles to improve productivity and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in Sales or Account Management with coaching experience.
• Experience in multi-channel business services environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and development needs of the sales team and curate development plans.
• Consult with field sales leaders and facilitate/deliver sales training.
• Identify opportunities for content design and continuous improvement.
