Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Sales Coach to support the Ryder Sales University program, focused on developing sales and support talent in the SCS/DTS Sales organization. The role involves individualized learning paths, coaching, and regular meetings with salespeople to review assessments, IDPs, and progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Marketing or equivalent.
• Seven (7) years or more in Sales or Account Management with coaching experience in a multi-channel business service environment.
• Experience in coaching and field sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and development needs; curate development plans; follow-up with sales leader.
• Consultant to the field sales leaders.
• Deliver sales training via classroom and webinar; decide on delivery method with Sales Training.
• Provide recommendations on training content, design, and modality.
• Seek out and deploy continuous improvement opportunities from evaluations and feedback.
