Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Sales Coach to enhance the effectiveness of the SCS/DTS Sales organization through personalized learning paths and coaching. You will meet with salespeople to review assessments, IDPs, and progress, and facilitate training sessions via Teams, classrooms, and webinars.

The role involves independent work with minimal supervision, collaboration with field sales leadership, and ongoing development of coaching programs to boost productivity and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years sales or account management with coaching experience.
• Experience delivering training to field sales teams.
• Willingness to travel 20-30% as required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and development needs of the sales team and create development plans.
• Consult field sales leaders to identify training opportunities.
• Deliver sales training via classroom and webinar; design content with Sales Training.
• Recommend training content and methods; pursue continuous improvement.
