Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of sales or account management with coaching experience.
• Experience in a multi-channel business service environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and development needs of the sales team; curate development plans including coaching and motivation.
• Consultant to field sales leaders and facilitate training via classroom and webinar.
• Provide recommendations on training content, design and modality; drive continuous improvement from evaluations and feedback.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to identify training opportunities and ensure alignment with business goals.
