Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Sales Coach to support the Ryder Sales University program, focused on developing sales and support talent within the SCS/DTS Sales organization.

The role involves coaching, individualized development plans, and training delivery to improve productivity and skills. You will work with field sales leadership to identify opportunities, review assessments and IDPs, and deliver sessions with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent work experience.
• Seven (7) years or more Sales or Account Manager with coaching experience within a multi-channel business service environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and develop plans with sales leaders.
• Consult field sales leaders.
• Deliver training via classroom and webinar.
• Identify improvements from evaluations and feedback.
• Use Teams for virtual training and manage attendance.
