Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of relatable experience.
• Must be fluent in Rental Man.
• Fluent with On the Go use.
• Proficient in DOT regulations and load securement guidelines.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Proactively answer and resolve customer questions.
• Schedule delivery and pickup of equipment and partner with drivers.
• Optimize routing of drivers with DOT Regulations expertise.
• Support branch coordinators and territory sales reps.
• Manage a portfolio of customers and maximize revenue.
• Finalize sales for inbound and outbound calls.
• Advise customers on equipment selection, operation, and maintenance.
• Review daily business reports and assist team members.
• Collaborate with Fleet, Procurement, and daily dashboards.
• Assist with Salesforce.com and eApply prescreening.
