Herc Rentals is seeking a Senior Sales and Operations Coordinator in the Kansas City South area to join our growing team. This role serves as the first point of contact in branch operations, coordinating sales and logistics to maximize revenue while ensuring safe and efficient equipment delivery and service.

You will learn to manage P&L, grow a diverse customer portfolio, and partner with territory sales reps.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of relatable experience.
• Fluent with Rental Man.
• Familiar with On the Go use.
• Proficient in DOT Regulations and load securement guidelines.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Answer and resolve customer questions promptly.
• Schedule delivery and pickup, coordinating with drivers.
• Optimize driver routes under DOT regulations.
• Support branch coordinators and sales reps.
• Manage a portfolio of customers and maximize revenue.
