DoorDash, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Sales Analytics to partner with sales, strategy, and product teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will build analyses to guide the sales organization, drive growth, and improve merchant outcomes across multiple markets.

The role requires strong SQL skills, knowledge of Python or R, and experience modeling business impact. Salesforce exposure is preferred, with opportunities to influence strategy and OKRs at scale.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Analytics, Consulting, or Strategy.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Strong technical skills: SQL, Python or R, AI, data modeling.
• Salesforce experience is a plus; capable of cross-functional work.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives and OKRs.
• Willingness to participate in company-wide training programs (WeDash, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Strategize and execute initiatives aligned with the sales org strategy.
• Experiment with data-driven tests and market intelligence efforts.
• Optimize the merchant acquisition engine to improve quality and growth.
• Analyze models to evaluate economics, value, and opportunity costs of initiatives.
• Influence cross-functional projects with sales, operations, product, and engineering to hit targets.
