Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Sales Analytics professional to partner with sales, strategy, operations, product, and engineering teams. You will lead analyses that inform the sales organization, drive growth, and optimize merchant acquisition strategies with data-driven insights.

This role reports into a Senior Manager on the Sales Analytics team within Sales Operations. Ideal candidates bring multiple years in analytics or strategy, strong SQL, and some Python/R experience, plus Salesforce familiarity

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Analytics, Consulting, or Strategy.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Highly technical with advanced SQL, basic Python/R, AI, and data modeling experience.
• Excellent analytical thinker who can deliver actionable recommendations from complex datasets; Salesforce experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales, operations, product, and strategy teams to build data-backed insights.
• Lead analyses to guide the sales team with data-driven insights to unlock growth opportunities.
• Develop models to evaluate the economics, value, and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives.
• Influence cross-functional projects to improve merchant experience and hit OKRs.
