Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate on the Commercial Operations team to drive current and future success, own team strategy, and own delivery of impactful projects. You will analyze data, build insights, and support deal velocity across sales lines.

You will leverage CRM reporting, SQL, and AI tools to extract data, map processes, and deliver scalable solutions with strong project management and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, tech, strategy, business operations or related experience; high-growth or experience in a technology company preferred.
• Ability to map complex processes and produce end-to-end documentation and workflows using Lucidchart, Google Slides, or similar tools.
• Structured problem solving with project/program management capabilities.
• Ability to manually extract data from disparate sources leveraging CRM reporting, SQL, AI (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) and Snowflake integrations.
• Analyze data sets to generate insights, size impact, and build data models for future work.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute our team strategy and own capacity planning.
• Be the subject matter expert on data and generate deep insights to improve deal velocity and accuracy.
• Lead delivery of projects and programs impacting sales across lines of business.
• Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders at the right level and time.
