Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Sales Analytics professional in San Francisco to partner with our sales & strategy teams, guiding data-driven insights that unlock growth for SMB merchants on the platform. You will lead analyses, build models, and collaborate with sales, product, operations, and strategy to influence decisions across the merchant lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Analytics, Consulting, or Strategy.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Highly technical with advanced SQL, basic Python/R, AI, and data modeling experience.
• Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and hitting OKRs in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead analyses to guide the sales team with data-driven insights to unlock growth opportunities within accounts.
• Partner with sales, operations, product, and strategy teams to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Build models to evaluate the economics, value, and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives to improve sales performance.
• Influence cross-functional projects to improve merchant experience and achieve targets.
• Manage stakeholders and coordinate with multiple lines of business to drive results.
