Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Sales Analytics professional to partner with our sales and strategy teams to uncover data-driven insights that drive SMB merchant growth on the platform. You will lead analyses and work with cross-functional partners to solve key business challenges.

You will report into a Senior Manager on the Sales Analytics team within Sales Operations, building models and influencing initiatives that improve merchant performance and sales outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Analytics, Consulting, or Strategy.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Highly technical with advanced SQL, basic Python/R, AI, and data modeling experience.
• Excellent analytical thinker who can deliver actionable recommendations from complex datasets; Salesforce experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales & strategy teams to solve pain points for SMB merchants on the Doordash platform.
• Lead analyses to guide the sales team with data-driven insights to unlock growth opportunities within accounts.
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, product, and strategy teams.
• Build models to evaluate economics, value, and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives to improve sales performance.
