Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Sales Analytics professional focused on partnering with our sales and strategy teams to solve merchant pain points on the Doordash platform through data-driven insights and initiatives that unlock growth.

You will build models to evaluate economics, value, and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives, lead cross-functional projects with sales, operations, product, engineering, and strategy teams, and influence leadership to hit ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Analytics, Consulting, or Strategy.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Proficient in SQL; basic Python/R; AI and data modeling experience.
• Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to deliver actionable recommendations from complex datasets; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and meeting OKRs in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales, strategy, operations, product, engineering, and BD teams to solve merchant pain points and drive growth.
• Lead analyses to provide data-driven insights to guide the sales organization.
• Build models to evaluate economics, value, and opportunity costs of strategic initiatives.
