Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate, Sales Strategy & Operations within the Commercial Operations team in the United States. You will drive current and future success of the team, define and operationalize strategy, own capacity planning, and become the data expert across multiple sales lines.

You will extract insights from CRM data, SQL, and AI tools to inform recommendations and improvements. You will strategize, collaborate, and execute with cross-functional partners, delivering projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, tech, strategy, business operations or related experience; high-growth or experience in a technology company preferred.
• Ability to map complex processes and produce end-to-end documentation using Lucidchart, Google Slides, or similar tooling.
• Versatile problem solver with structured approach in identifying, sizing, and solving problems through project/program management.
• Ability to manually extract data from disparate sources leveraging CRM reporting, SQL, and AI tools.
• Able to build data models to estimate future work and impact.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute team strategy and own capacity planning.
• Be the subject matter expert on data, generating deep insights and recommendations.
• Deliver projects and programs impacting sales across lines of business.
• Analyze data sets to derive insights and quantify impact of current/future states.
