Job summary

Nestlé USA in Ohio is seeking a Sr. Sales Analytics Analyst to drive insights and reporting for the division. You will design analytics solutions, build dashboards, and partner with field sales leaders to improve ROI and growth across categories.

You’ll coach and onboard analysts, manage multi-source data (Circana, Nielsen, Excel, Power BI) and deliver actionable recommendations to senior leaders while ensuring superior stakeholder service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales analytics and reporting.
• Proficiency with Circana, Nielsen and other syndicated data, Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBi data management and data visualization.
• Experience manipulating, managing, and drawing insights from large amounts of data.
• Experience driving insights and storytelling through the use of data.
• Proven ability to routinely lead and foster collaboration among teammates.
• Ability to take initiative and drive improvement across the organization.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Organization and accuracy skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the sales fundamentals.
• Strong judgement in decision making, good problem-solving skills, and thinks strategically.
• Doesn’t hesitate to act and takes the initiative to execute with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy custom analytical solutions and dashboards for the Division Team.
• Lead multi-category requests and provide insights to field sales leaders.
• Coach, train, and onboard Analysts within the Sales Analytics team.
• Utilize multiple data sources to compile analysis and provide ROI-driven recommendations.
• Strategize and advise on opportunities for profitable growth with leadership.
• Maintain and develop trackers and standard reports for stakeholders.
• Deliver retail/category insights to support planning and execution.
