Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Sales Analyst to partner with the Customer Account Manager(s) and drive insights for our sales teams. You will lead data-driven analyses, build compelling reports, and support category growth using syndicated data and in-house resources.

Join a collaborative team that champions data storytelling, advanced Excel capabilities, and 4P reporting to optimize Nestlé’s performance across retail channels in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of experience in retail sales or analytics-focused sales reporting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUPs, pivots, etc.).
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and time-management abilities.
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present complex information clearly.
• Solid understanding of 4P sales fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate actionable insights to support current business needs and inform decisions.
• Provide analytical recommendations using syndicated data and other resources.
• Exhibit category expertise and understand the overall business landscape.
• Utilize data visualization and storytelling to enhance sales presentations.
• Develop and maintain 4P reporting and tools for day-to-day account team operations.
• Pull data for ad hoc analysis from various sources.
