Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Sr. Sales Analyst to design and deploy analytical solutions and dashboards for the division, enabling strategic decisions for field sales and retail teams. The role emphasizes coaching, onboarding, and leading analytics initiatives to support growth across categories.

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years in analytics, proficiency with Circana/Nielsen data, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, and strong stakeholder management with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales analytics and reporting.
• Proficiency with Circana, Nielsen and other syndicated data, Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBi data management and data visualization.
• Experience manipulating, managing, and drawing insights from large amounts of data.
• Experience driving insights and storytelling through the use of data.
• Proven ability to routinely lead and foster collaboration among teammates.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize multiple data sources to compile analysis and provide recommendations that drive positive ROI for the sales organization.
• Strategize, advise and provide ad hoc support for VP/Director/Sr. Managers on opportunities for profitable growth.
• Identify team priorities and goals and develop trackers.
• Champion the use and application of standard sales analytics reports to meet the organization’s needs.
• Collaborate with the Business Intelligence Analysts to deliver best-in-class dashboards and scorecards for stakeholders.
• Provide superior customer service, being the point of contact for all facets of sales analytics support.
