Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Sr. Sales Analyst to lead analytical initiatives for the division and CDCE teams, building dashboards and scorecards that guide retail and sales decisions.

You will partner with field leaders, BI analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights, train teammates, and drive profitable growth while ensuring timely, accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales analytics and reporting.
• Proficiency with Circana, Nielsen and other syndicated data, Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBi data management and data visualization.
• Experience manipulating, managing, and drawing insights from large amounts of data.
• Experience driving insights and storytelling through the use of data.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Organization and accuracy skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy custom analytical solutions and dashboards to meet division needs.
• Lead multi-category requests and provide insights to field sales leaders.
• Coaching, training, and onboarding Analysts on the Sales Analytics team.
• Develop trackers and scorecards to monitor performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with BI Analysts to deliver best-in-class dashboards and tools.
• Provide superior customer service and act as the point of contact for analytics support.
