Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Sales Analytics Specialist to transform sales and customer data into actionable insights that support the Sales Operation Management (SOM) function. You will partner with Sales Leaders to turn data into decisions that help SOMs and NRS leadership understand performance and opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. or equivalent work experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in sales analysis and reporting required.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and time-management skills.
• Data visualization via Tableau & Power BI highly preferred; Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• Organized with excellent attention to detail; assertive team player with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain functions and related business processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance to identify trends, gaps and opportunities, translating data into actionable business insights.
• Support business planning with projections, performance-to-goal insights and alignment to key division and customer priorities.
• Proactively surface performance risks, execution gaps and opportunities requiring SOM or leadership attention.
• Turn data into concise, executive-ready reporting that clearly communicates performance, opportunities and actions through reporting and storytelling.
• Leverage Power BI and technology to simplify reporting, improve insights and enable continuous improvement.
• Serve as an analytical thought partner, providing insights that enable SOMs to prioritize, align stakeholders and drive action.
