Job summary

Nestlé USA is hiring a Senior Sales Analytics professional to power strategic insights for the division and retail teams. The role centers on designing analytics, dashboards, and scorecards to guide decision-making and growth across categories.

You will lead analysts, collaborate with BI, and drive standard reporting while delivering actionable, data-driven recommendations for senior leadership and field partners.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in sales analytics and reporting.
Proficiency with Circana, Nielsen and other syndicated data, Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBi data management and data visualization.
Experience manipulating, managing, and drawing insights from large amounts of data.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to lead and foster collaboration among teammates.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy analytical solutions and dashboards for division teams.
Provide insights to field sales leaders to drive ROI.
Coach, train, and onboard Analysts on the Sales Analytics team.
Collaborate with BI to deliver dashboards and scorecards for stakeholders.
Support forecast accuracy and sales target attainment.
