Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A or equivalent work experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in sales analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and time-management skills.
• Data visualization via Tableau & Power BI skills highly preferred; Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Organized with attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain functions.
• Familiarity with Nielsen, BW, Source and industry insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance to identify trends, gaps and opportunities with data-driven insights.
• Support business planning with projections and performance-to-goal insights.
• Proactively surface performance risks and opportunities for SOM leadership.
• Create concise executive-ready reports with storytelling.
• Leverage Power BI to simplify reporting and improve insights.
• Partner with SOMs to prioritize actions and drive execution.
