Nestlé USA is seeking a Nutrition Sales Analyst to join the Sales Analytics team, supporting Customer Account Managers in Arlington, VA or Solon, OH. You will lead data-driven insights and reporting to drive growth across Nestlé’s brands.

Responsibilities include generating actionable insights, utilizing syndicated data, building 4P tools, and presenting analytical findings to the sales team. The role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 18 months of experience in retail sales or a related sales environment with a focus on sales reporting and analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUPs, pivots, etc.).
• Experience with AI tools in analytics (Copilot, Claude, etc.).
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and time-management abilities.
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Comprehensive understanding of 4P sales fundamentals.

Responsabilités

• Proactively generate actionable insights that support the current business needs, inform strategic decisions, and drive profitable brand and category performance.
• Provide analytical recommendations and identify opportunities through the utilization of syndicated data (Circana, Nielsen, Point of Sale) and other data resources.
• Exhibit category expertise by maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the category and the broader business landscape.
• Utilize data visualization and effective storytelling to help build sales presentations.
• Build & maintain 4P reporting & tools essential to the day-to-day operation of Nestlé’s customer account teams.
• Pull data for ad-hoc analysis from various sources including syndicated data, retailer platforms, and internal resources.
