Clorox is seeking a Customer Senior Analyst to enable the customer strategy through data and reporting analytics. You will forecast base/promo/total volumes and support KPI tracking for cross-functional teams.

In this hybrid role, you will partner with sales leaders and account managers to deliver timely insights, drive improvements, and communicate performance with clarity. A strong analytics background and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3-5+ years in sales analysis or analytics.
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills with Power BI/Tableau.
• Experience with forecasting tools and ERP/CRM platforms helpful.

Responsabilités

• Forecasting for base, promo, and total volume for Target teams.
• Lead risk assessment and volatility analysis to minimize error.
• Drive monthly KPI tracking and cross-functional education on performance.
• Analyze headwinds/tailwinds and actionable opportunities for sales.
• Deliver regular sales performance reporting to GMs and BUs.
• Partner with account managers and sales director for planning needs.
