The Clorox Company is seeking a Senior Sales Analyst to enable our customer strategy for Litter/Brita/Food/Charcoal teams. You will use data and reporting analytics to translate strategies into actionable plans and drive core team reporting responsibilities.

You will forecast base, promotional, and total volume, assess risk, track KPIs, and communicate insights to senior leaders. Hybrid work model with 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in sales analysis, forecasting or business analytics, preferably in retail or CPG.
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with forecasting tools, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CRM platforms.
• Exceedra experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to forecasting for Target teams: base, promotions, total volume.
• Lead risk assessment and volatility analysis to reduce forecasting error.
• Manage monthly KPI tracking and educate cross-functional teams on performance and projections.
• Analyze headwinds/tailwinds and opportunities to guide sales tactics.
• Deliver regular sales and performance reporting to General Managers and Business Units.
• Support real-time customer tracking and planning needs with account managers and directors.
