Job summary

Clorox is seeking a Customer Senior Analyst to enable our customer strategy with data-driven insights. You will forecast base, promotional, and total volumes for Target teams, assess risks, and drive KPI tracking across functions.

You will deliver regular sales and performance reporting to General Managers and business units, supporting planning and real-time updates. The role partners with sales leadership, requiring strong data storytelling, attention to detail, and the ability to translate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in sales analysis, forecasting, or business analytics in retail/CPG preferred.
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with forecasting tools, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and CRM platforms.
• Exceedra experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting for Target teams including base, promo, and total volumes.
• Lead risk assessment and volatility analysis to inform decisions.
• Drive monthly KPI tracking and educate cross-functional teams.
• Communicate headwinds/tailwinds and opportunities to sales teams.
• Deliver regular sales and performance reporting to leadership.
• Support sales account managers and sales director with planning and tracking.
