Job summary

Clorox is seeking a Customer Senior Analyst to join our team in Mason, OH, or other US locations. The Senior Sales Analyst will enable customer strategy for Target teams using data and reporting analytics to bring our sales strategy to life.

You'll forecast base, promotional, and total volume, lead KPI tracking, and partner with sales leaders to deliver actionable insights and performance updates across General Managers and Business Units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in sales analysis, forecasting, or business analytics in retail/CPG.
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with forecasting tools, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and CRM platforms.
• Exceedra experience would be a plus.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
• High attention to detail with a bias for action and results.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for senior leadership.
• Collaborative mindset to influence across functions and levels.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects forward without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

• Forecast base, promotional, and total volume for Target teams.
• Lead risk assessment and volatility analysis to inform decisions.
• Drive the monthly KPI tracking process and educate cross-functional teams.
• Analyze headwinds, tailwinds, and actionable opportunities for the sales team.
• Deliver regular sales and performance reporting to GMs and BUs.
• Support real-time customer tracking, performance updates, and planning with sales account managers.
