Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience in commercial leadership roles in IT solution sales, marketing, account management or project management.
• Enterprise IT sales experience in complex B2B environments.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ADP-aligned strategies and plans to sustain a reliable sales pipeline.
• Lead pre-sales activities such as solution workshops and product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with CSMs and pre-sales to retain and grow the IT solution portfolio.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Sales / Marketing or related field
