Job summary
Humana Inc in the United States is seeking a Lead Release Train Engineer to serve as servant leader for a complex Agile Release Train (ART) and coach multiple Scrum teams in SAFe. You will facilitate PI planning, remove impediments, mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners, and partner with senior leaders to align strategy with execution while driving continuous improvement.
The role emphasizes agile metrics and program health, focused on value delivery across value streams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent.
- 7+ years of related experience in agile leadership roles.
- Extensive SAFe experience leading large-scale programs.
- Current SAFe RTE/SPC or comparable certification.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean-Agile principles.
- Experience influencing senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence and relationship-building.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate ART execution, SAFe ceremonies, and program-level events.
- Coach Scrum Masters and Product Owners across teams.
- Align strategy and execution with stakeholders and leaders.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and impediments at program level.
- Drive continuous improvement via Inspect & Adapt workshops.
- Promote collaboration and value delivery across teams and architects.
