Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks a Lead Release Train Engineer to serve as servant leader for a complex Agile Release Train (ART). You will facilitate SAFe ceremonies, coach Scrum Masters and Product Owners, and partner with leaders to align strategy with execution.

You will drive continuous improvement, use Agile metrics, manage dependencies across teams, and ensure predictable delivery of strategic initiatives in a remote-friendly environment with occasional travel to Humana offices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience in SAFe environments.
• 5+ years serving as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer, or similar leadership role.
• Current SAFe RTE, SPC, or comparable certification.
• Experience leading large-scale programs and value streams across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate SAFe ceremonies for a complex ART and promote Lean-Agile practices.
• Coach Scrum Masters and Product Owners and align execution with business goals.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and impediments across teams and value streams.
• Drive continuous improvement through Inspect and Adapt activities and program metrics.
