Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
• 7+ years of related experience, including 5+ years as Scrum Master/Agile Coach/Release Train Engineer or similar leadership role.
• Extensive SAFe experience delivering large-scale initiatives.
• Current SAFe RTE, SPC, or comparable certification.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean-Agile).

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary facilitator and servant leader for a complex Agile Release Train (ART).
• Lead and facilitate ART events including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, Inspect and Adapt.
• Coach and influence teams, product owners, and leadership on Lean-Agile practices.
• Partner with Product Management and stakeholders to align strategy with execution.
• Identify and resolve program-level dependencies, risks, and impediments.
• Drive continuous improvement via Inspect and Adapt and improvement initiatives.
• Promote collaboration among architects, engineers, and business partners.
• Utilize Agile metrics and program health indicators to drive delivery outcomes.
