Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Release Train Engineer to serve as a servant leader for a complex Agile Release Train (ART).

You will facilitate SAFe ceremonies, coach leaders and teams, and partner with product, portfolio, and technology—driving alignment, transparency, and value delivery across value streams. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, the use of Agile metrics, and collaboration with executives to optimize program execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience; 5+ years in Scrum Master/Agile leadership.
• Extensive SAFe experience leading large-scale programs.
• Current SAFe RTE or SPC certification.
• Advanced knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Lean-Agile basics.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, communication and leadership skills.
• High emotional intelligence and relationship-building.
• Passion for continuous improvement and outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary facilitator and servant leader for a complex ART.
• Lead ART events: PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, IA Workshops.
• Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams.
• Align objectives between strategy and execution with stakeholders.
• Identify, manage, and resolve dependencies and risks.
• Drive continuous improvement via Inspect and Adapt.
• Promote collaboration across architects, engineering, and business.
• Use Agile metrics and dashboards to monitor ART performance.
