Storable is seeking a Sales Manager to lead growth for a fully distributed SaaS sales engine. You will own the revenue growth, nurture and close deals, and implement scalable processes with CRM and data analytics to drive predictable results.

You will recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, align with marketing and product, and forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual performance against ambitious KPIs.

Formación

• Experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven revenue track record.
• Ability to communicate technical product features and benefits.
• Data-driven with CRM and sales analytics experience.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
• Leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams.
• Strategic thinking with KPI focus.
• Coaching and mentorship for sales staff.

Responsabilidades

• Grow bookings across multiple B2B segments.
• Develop account growth strategies to maximize revenue.
• Manage the sales pipeline with timely follow-up and closing.
• Utilize a repeatable, scalable sales process and methodology.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members.
• Hold regular team meetings to review progress and share best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales.
• Participate in calls, negotiations and closing deals with reps.
• Collaborate with marketing/product marketing and Sr. Director of Sales to build lead-gen engine.
• Maintain discipline around metrics and processes.
• Innovate and automate upon current sales infrastructure.
