Job summary

DTN seeks an experienced Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact software implementations for global enterprise customers. This role drives deployment, adoption, and measurable outcomes of DTN’s SaaS and RaaS solutions in a fast-paced, matrixed SaaS environment.

You will govern projects, manage executive stakeholders, align solution capabilities to business KPIs, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services,

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading customer-facing SaaS implementation projects with outcomes-based delivery
• Proven track record of on-time, on-budget software implementations
• Strong executive presence and communication with senior stakeholders
• Deep understanding of project governance, risk management, and SaaS delivery
• Experience aligning solutions to customer KPIs and success criteria
• Proficiency with project tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Asana)
• Travel up to 40%, including international travel

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of customer implementation projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are met
• Establish and manage project governance structures, including steering committees and risk processes
• Serve as primary contact for executive sponsors, ensuring clear status, risks, and milestones
• Facilitate discovery to align DTN SaaS/RaaS solutions with customer goals
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, CS, PS, and Support
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and drive momentum from onboarding to go-live
• Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation playbooks and value frameworks
