Job summary

Rippling is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead onboarding and adoption of our HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT platform products. You will consult with customers to tailor implementations to their objectives and ensure a superior experience.

You will oversee end-to-end implementations, coordinate with Sales, CX, Product and Engineering, and translate feedback into product enhancements. This role emphasizes collaboration, clear communication, and timely delivery in a fast-growing SaaS

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Implementation and/or Customer Experience at a rapidly growing SaaS company.
• Proven project management experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Stellar communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with a deep commitment to exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with partners across Sales, CX, Product, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to develop custom implementation plans across Rippling products (HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT).
• Manage end-to-end implementation timelines and goals, aligning with customer needs.
• Drive adoption by providing guidance, best practices, and insights to maximize platform use.
• Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, Technical Account Management, and Support for seamless hand-offs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback and advocate for product improvements.
• Contribute to developing internal processes and playbooks to boost efficiency and success.
