Job summary

Sequen AI is seeking a Strategic Delivery Lead to partner with customers as they adopt and deploy Sequen AI's ranking platform. You will bridge engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to translate business intent into reliable, value-driven deployments.

In this role you will own end-to-end customer outcomes, guide technical adoption, and help shape our deployment playbook across high-impact accounts, with equity upside and fast-moving growth.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in Deployment Engineering, Technical Program Management, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or a similar role.
• Experience working with APIs or developer-facing platforms.
• Strong technical foundation with system architecture and integrations.
• Ability to articulate analytics concepts like A/B testing.
• Proven ability to engage and build trust with both engineers and business executives.
• Track record of driving software adoption, usage, and customer success.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities

• High-Touch Client Strategic Partnership: deliver first-class communication and understand client goals, systems, and constraints.
• Trusted Workflow Advisory: design and deploy AI-powered workflows and guide customers from experimentation to production.
• Production Stabilization: help customers move to reliable, scalable production deployments.
• Cross-Functional Product Evolution: translate customer needs to product and engineering, grounding roadmaps.
