Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior AI Deployment Consultant for its Deployment Services team in the Greater Chicago Area. You will lead the most complex customer deployments, combining project management with hands-on configuration of the Fin platform and AI tooling to drive value at scale.

You will collaborate with engineers on technical hurdles, own project strategy, timelines, and delivery, and mentor teams while shaping deployment strategy with cross‑functional partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer‑facing implementation, deployment, or professional services roles in SaaS/AI tech.
• Proven track record delivering large, complex, multi‑stakeholder projects on time and on budget.
• Hands‑on technical capability configuring platforms, APIs, data flows, and integration patterns.
• Excellent communication and relationship building with executives and technical stakeholders.
• Strong judgment under ambiguity and fast-paced environment.
• Daily use of AI tooling for discovery, documentation, and assets.
• Experience with Intercom Helpdesk, Zendesk, Salesforce or similar CX platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end deployment programs for large customers and serve as primary contact.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget aligned to customer goals and GTM partners.
• Lead discovery sessions and translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Configure the Fin platform across automation, workflows, data migrations, integrations, and security.
• Collaborate withForward Deployed Engineers to tackle complex hurdles while maintaining autonomy.
• Coordinate readiness activities like integrations, migrations, and security reviews.
• Maintain risk logs, reporting cadence, escalation paths, and documented decisions.
• Shape deployment strategy with Sales, CS, Product, and R&D, feeding field learnings into roadmap.
• Contribute to Deployment Services templates and best practices; apply AI tooling to delivery.
