Job summary

Success Matcher Recruitment is seeking a Deployment Intelligence Strategist to own the full customer journey from contract through pilot, deployment, and long-term adoption, with direct interface to enterprise clients and the product roadmap.

You will run executive workshops to translate business goals into intelligent AI workflows, collaborate with Engineering and Product on enhancements, and lead high-impact enterprise SaaS deployments with strong analytical and empathetic leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional experience leading complex enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Experience with financial transformation or accounting automation rollouts.
• CPA or accounting degree is a major plus, but not required with strong technical implementation background.
• Startup mindset with ability to move fast and ship results.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Enterprise Ownership: manage platform implementations from contract signing to full rollout.
• Workflow Mapping & Transformation: run workshops with executives to translate goals into AI workflows.
• Troubleshoot & Deliver: overcome deployment hurdles with analytical thinking and empathy.
• Product Architecture Partnership: collaborate with Engineering and Product to translate friction into platform enhancements.
