Job summary

Fin is seeking a Senior AI Deployment Consultant to lead our largest customer deployments, blending project management with hands-on configuration of the Fin platform. You will guide customers to scalable value, working with engineers on complex technical work while owning project strategy and delivery.

You will manage discovery, design technical solutions, and ensure success across data migrations, integrations, and security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing implementation, deployment, or professional services roles.
• Track record delivering large, complex projects on time and on budget.
• Hands-on technical capability configuring platforms, APIs, data flows, integrations.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment programs for largest customers and main contact.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget aligned to customer goals and support model.
• Lead discovery sessions to translate requirements into technical and project plans.
• Configure the Fin platform across automation, workflows, analytics, data migrations, integrations, security.
