Job summary

Assembled is seeking an Associate Deployment Strategist to lead technical deployments and manage onboarding for our customers. You will guide projects across diverse segments, document product functionality, and help shape deployment best practices while coordinating with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to drive value.

You’ll leverage API and SQL skills to understand customer needs, translate them into actionable solutions, and contribute to roadmap decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role supporting a technical product or service; SaaS/AI experience preferred.
• Experience working with APIs and integrations.
• You enjoy partnering with customers to drive outcomes and translate needs into value.
• You lean technical, can parse data and write SQL when needed, and collaborate with Eng to enhance features.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and guide deployment projects across all customer segments.
• Explore and document product functionality across web app and API to build product expertise.
• Develop and refine deployment best practices from product knowledge.
• Improve internal efficiencies and overall deployment experience.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product & Engineering to go live.
• Drive the product roadmap by liaising between customers and the product org.
• Set the tone for engaging customers to realize value.
