Storable is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to drive adoption, renewals, and client satisfaction across a portfolio of self-storage and SaaS customers. You will lead onboarding, configure accounts with precision, and collaborate with implementation for seamless value realization.

You will strategize with clients, manage large-scale initiatives, and communicate health metrics while partnering with internal teams and executives to deliver consistent value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles within the storage or SaaS industries.
• Experience leading discovery workshops and large-scale initiatives.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and company locations.

Responsabilités

• Consult with client and collaborate on onboarding plans unique to each client.
• Set-up and configure customer accounts with extreme accuracy as needed in partnership with Implementation.
• Strategize with clients on an ongoing basis and manage account customization to align with business goals.
• Utilize CRM tools to accurately track client interactions and progress.
• Communicate overall client health and escalate at-risk accounts when necessary.
