Job summary

Storable is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to lead strategic engagements with major storage customers. You will align client objectives with Storable’s product capabilities, drive adoption, and manage renewals while delivering consistent value across the client portfolio.

You will consult on onboarding plans, configure accounts with precision, and collaborate with Implementation and cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles within the storage or SaaS industries.
• Deep understanding of SaaS implementations and the ability to lead operational improvement initiatives.
• Experience leading discovery workshops and managing large-scale initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key Clients to drive product adoption, renewals, and Client satisfaction by delivering consistent value.
• Consult with client and collaborate on onboarding plans unique to each client.
• Set-up and configure customer accounts with extreme accuracy as needed in partnership with Implementation.
• Strategize with clients on an ongoing basis and manage account customization to ensure alignment with their business goals.
• Utilize CRM tools to accurately track Client interactions and progress.
• Communicate overall Client health and escape at-risk accounts when necessary.
• Ability to travel as required to Client sites and company locations.
• Ability to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
