Job summary

Storable is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to connect client objectives with the capabilities of Storable's SaaS products. You will drive adoption, renewals, and client satisfaction by delivering consistent value across the client base.

In this role, you will manage relationships with key clients, set onboarding plans, configure accounts with accuracy, and coordinate with Implementation and internal teams to tailor solutions to client goals. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles within storage or SaaS industries.
• Deep understanding of SaaS implementations and the ability to lead operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong empathy with a focus on client success and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Consult with client and collaborate on onboarding plans unique to each client.
• Set-up and configure customer accounts with extreme accuracy in partnership with Implementation.
• Strategize with clients on an ongoing basis and manage account customization to align with business goals.
• Utilize CRM tools to accurately track client interactions and progress.
• Communicate overall client health and escalate at-risk accounts when necessary.
• Travel to client sites as required.
• Lead discovery workshops and manage large-scale initiatives.
