Storable is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to partner with key Clients, driving adoption, renewals, and satisfaction through ongoing value delivery of our storage SaaS platform.

You will manage onboarding, configure accounts with Implementation, plan strategic actions, and monitor client health using our CRM. The role requires 7+ years in client success and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of client success, account management, or related roles in SaaS.
• Experience with onboarding, account configuration, and client health monitoring.
• Strong collaboration with senior management and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Consult with clients and collaborate on onboarding plans tailored to each client.
• Set up and configure customer accounts with accuracy in partnership with Implementation.
• Strategize with clients to align with their business goals and drive adoption.
• Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and progress.
• Communicate overall client health and escalate at-risk accounts as needed.
• Travel to client sites and participate in training sessions and meetings.
