Job summary

Storable is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to connect client objectives with our storage solutions, driving adoption, renewals, and satisfaction across key accounts.

You will onboard new clients, configure accounts with Implementation, and maintain ongoing strategic collaboration to align with business goals. Travel to sites will be required, and a bonus up to 10% is available.

Qualifications

• >7+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles within storage or SaaS industries.
• >Experience in leading discovery workshops and large-scale initiatives.
• >Strong documentation, follow-up, and expectation management capabilities.
• >Deep understanding of SaaS implementations and driving operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• >Manage relationships with Storable's key Clients to drive product adoption, renewals, and satisfaction.
• >Consult with client and collaborate on onboarding plans unique to each client.
• >Set-up and configure customer accounts with accuracy in partnership with Implementation.
• >Strategize with clients to align with their business goals and customize accounts.
• >Track Client interactions and health using CRM tools; report on at-risk accounts.
• >Travel to Client sites and company locations as required.
• >Lead discovery workshops and manage large-scale initiatives.
• >Provide training sessions and meetings, virtual or in-person.
