Job summary

Storable is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to connect client objectives with Storable’s SaaS platform. You will drive product adoption, renewals, and client satisfaction by delivering consistent value, manage key relationships, and ensure on-time onboarding and strategic success planning.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead discovery workshops, and navigate large-scale initiatives while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles within the storage or SaaS industries.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with Storable's key Clients to drive product adoption, renewals, and Client satisfaction by delivering consistent value.
• Consult with client and collaborate on onboarding plans unique to each client.
• Set-up and configure customer accounts with accuracy in partnership with Implementation.
• Strategize with clients on an ongoing basis and manage account customization to align with business goals.
• Utilize CRM tools to accurately track Client interactions and progress.
• Communicate overall Client health and escape at-risk accounts when necessary.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and strong client empathy.
• Lead operational improvements and collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Travel to Client sites as required and participate in trainings and meetings.
