Storable is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to drive value realization for key clients across our SaaS platform. You will lead onboarding, configure accounts with precision, and align ongoing engagement with each client’s business goals.

Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and travel to client sites will be essential. The role emphasizes client empathy, long-term relationship building, and proactive health monitoring to prevent at-risk accounts while pursuing renewals and

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles within the storage or SaaS industries.
• Experience leading discovery workshops and managing large-scale initiatives.
• Strong documentation, follow-up, and expectation management capabilities.

Mansioni

• Consult with client and collaborate on onboarding plans.
• Set up and configure customer accounts with accuracy in partnership with Implementation.
• Strategize with clients on an ongoing basis and manage account customization to align with business goals.
• Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and progress.
• Communicate overall client health and escape at-risk accounts when necessary.
• Travel to client sites as required.
• Participate in virtual or in-person training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
• Lead discovery workshops and manage large-scale initiatives.
