Storable is seeking a commercially minded Account Manager (Farmer) to grow Monthly Recurring Revenue within an assigned book of existing Mid-Market or SMB customers.

You will convert usage trends and product whitespace into expansion bookings, partnering with the Customer Success Manager to lead commercial terms when renewals require restructuring. You will own pricing, proposals, and contracts for expansion.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Account Management or closing sales in B2B SaaS, focused on growing existing accounts.
• Ability to navigate account whitespace and run data-driven expansion plays.
• Strong negotiation skills for add-ons, co-terms, and contract restructuring.
• Collaborative mindset with Customer Success teams to drive growth.
• Rigorous pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce.

Aufgaben

• Account Planning & Whitespace: Build plans for priority accounts using whitespace analysis by revenue line.
• Expansion Execution: Run expansion plays including facility adds and upgrades.
• Pipeline Conversion: Identify expansion opportunities and lead pricing, proposals, and contracts.
• Forecast & Operations: Maintain expansion pipeline and forecast with clear visibility.
• Cross Functional Alignment: Close expansion opportunities with cross-functional teams.
